Some limitations and recommendations for amendments and supplements of The Notary Law of 2014

Abstract

Notary Law of 2014 (hereinafter referred to as Notary Law) is an important legal basis in notarial activities. However, in the process of implementation, the Notary Law has revealed certain limitations, requiring continued improvement. In this article, the author analyzes some of the limitations of the Notary Law and from there gives some recommendations to amend and supplement the Notary Law.
