The right to access to information through the land-use planning map according to Vietnamese Law

Abstract

Access to information through land use planning map is entitled by law. Actually this right effective yet stems from limitations in the process of law enforcement. Therefore article analyzes clarify such restrictions aim to propose solutions to improve the efficiency of information access through land use map of the subject.
