SOME PERSONAL RIGHTS IN THE LEGISLATION OF SURROGACY FOR HUMANITARIAN PURPOSE IN VIETNAM

Abstract

This article focuses on the regulation of surrogacy for humanitarian purposes from the perspective of protecting personal rights in Marriage and family field. On the ground of these regulations, this paper will analyze the shortcomings, limitations and then propose solutions to improve the law in the light of ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of surrogate human.
