COMPLETING A NUMBER OF LEGAL ISSUES TO ENSURE IMPLEMENT EFFICIENCY THE REGULATIONS ON THE PRIME MINISTER IN THE 2013 CONSTITUTION

Abstract

The Prime Minister is an important title in the state apparatus. The Constitution of 2013 has made great progress in recognizing and extending the authority of the Prime Minister. To effectively implement the provisions of the 2013 Constitution on the Prime Minister requires complete legal provisions of this title. The paper analyzes such shortcomings in the legal regulations of the Prime Minister and makes proposals for completement.
