Abstract

The article mentioned some limitations and shortcomings in the Investment Law 2014 in terms of theory and practical implementation. At the same time, the paper gives solutions to improve the provisions of the law on investment, first of all the provisions in the Law on Investment 2014 before the requirement of mobilizing according to the trend of international economic integration, in line with law on world investment.
