SOME SHORTCOMINGS AND THE DIRECTION FOR COMPLETION THE LEGISLATION ON CONSTRUCTION, RENOVATION, DEMOLITION OF CONDOMINIUMS

Abstract

Building, renovating and dismantling activities play an important role in ensuring the safety of residents living in condominiums, especially in old, down-level condominiums. However, currently the above operations have not been implemented efficiently and timely responded to practical needs. The article focuses on analyzing, reviewing, commenting and pointing out the inference, limitations in regulation and practical application of the law on construction activities, the renovation and demolition of condominiums, thereby giving some solutions to contribute to the completion.
