IDENTIFY CONDOTEL REAL ESTATE IN VIET NAM AND SOME LEGAL PROBLEMS TO DISCUSS

Abstract

Along with the general development of economy and society, new types of real estate such as Condotel, Office-tel, Home-tel ... have also been formed and tended to explode. Especially with the characteristics of a hotel with resort space like a comfortable apartment - Condotel is considered as a real estate product with great attraction to investors today. However, due to the limitation of the legal framework, many disputes and problems have not been resolved. The correct, adequate and consistent understanding of this type of real estate is still facing many difficulties. Therefore, idenfying the type of Condotel is considered as one of the basic condition to help apply and enforce the law most effectively.
