Abstract

Due to the development of technology 4.0, the virtual currency trading market in the world is expanding, leading to countries having different management angles from prohibition, denial, or agreement. Therefore, research the legal framework for virtual currency management from Japanese law - one of the first countries building this legal framework - serves as an essential lesson for Vietnam to actively integrate as well as responding to the effects of the fourth industrial revolution.
