Abstract

In our country, the system of regulations on the prevention and control of infectious diseases is relatively complete, creating a legal basis for the state management of the prevention of infectious diseases, contributing to the protection and care for people's health and developing socio-economic. However, in order to improve the efficiency of state management on this work, it is necessary to perfect a number of legal provisions to accord with the reality, especially in the prevention and control of the current covid-19 epidemic.
