TYPES OF PARTNERSHIP UNDER FRENCH COMMERCIAL LAW AND EXPERIENCE FOR VIETNAM

Abstract

This article will introduce and analyze the current provisions of the French commercial law on various types of partnerships. At the same time, on the basis of an assessment and comparison of the legal characteristics of a partnership under the Enterprise Law 2020, the article will explain the limited role of the partnership in Vietnam's economic development. The article will also propose a number of solutions towards diversifying types of partnerships in order to enhance the attractiveness of partnership not only for domestic but also for foreign investors.
