Abstract

The Law on Student Health  Insurance (BHYT SV) still has shortcomings and limitations in practice that make law enforcement less effective. Infrastructure and human resources in Thua Thien Hue province are also lacking. In a time when technology 4.0 is making great progress, the health sector also needs to innovate in the field of health insurance and student health insurance to match with reality. Understand the current state of law in the field of student health insurance, the authors would like to discuss the topic "Current situation of applying the law on student health insurance in Thua Thien Hue province and perfection solutions".
