LEGAL PROVISIONS ON AUTHENTICATION – SOME LIMITATIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENTATION

Abstract

Legal provisions on authentication of copies from originals, authentication of signatures and certification of contracts, transactions (hereinafter referred to as legal provisions on authentication) are important legal corridors for competent organizations,  state agencies certify the accuracy and legitimacy of papers, documents or signatures of individuals; thereby contributing to protecting the legitimate rights and interests of individuals and organizations involved in civil, economic, labor and administrative relations…However, besides the advantages, the legal provisions on authentication still has certain limitations that need to be further improved. Therefore, this article, on the basis of analyzing some limitations of the legal provisions on authentication, will propose a number of recommendations to amend and supplement the legal provisions on authentication to contribute to improve the law on authentication, thereby promoting socio-economic development.
