EUROPEAN UNION LAW ON ABUSE OF DOMINANT POSITION ON ONLINE PLATFORM AND EXPERIENCE FOR VIETNAM

Abstract

On the basis of the introduction of regulations of the European Union and Vietnam on the abuse of dominant position, including the subject, determining the relevant market and dominance, the article analyzes the challenges that online platforms pose to the competition law of the two countries. In addition, the article studies the experience of the European Union in initially solving the challenges of the aforementioned online platform and offers some suggestions for Vietnam's competition law.
