LAWS ON DIALOGUE UNDER THE LAW ON COURT-ANNEXED MEDIATION AND DIALOGUE 2020

Abstract

The Law on Court-Annexed Mediation and Dialogue of 2020 took effect on January 1, 2021. Accordingly, the institutional regulations are related to the dialogue process ahead the Court accepts administrative cases conducted by the mediator. This is considered a dialogue session with many differences compared to the compulsory mediation prescribed in the Law on Administrative Procedures 2015. The article focuses on analyzing and pointing out some shortcomings related to the dialogue process specified in the Law on Court-annexed Mediation and Dialogue 2020 and proposes some improvement solutions.
