Abstract

Currently, television advertising is the most popular commercial promotion activity, capable of greatly influencing many subjects in society, especially television viewers. Sanctioning administrative violations in the field of television advertising is an effective tool to ensure the order of management activities in the field of advertising, thereby maintaining order and discipline in the administrative management of the country. However, the legal regulations on sanctioning administrative violations in the field of television advertising still have some limitations. This article analyzes the current legal provisions on sanctioning administrative violations in the field of television advertising, points out some inadequacies and proposes perfection solutions.
