IMPROVEMENTS OF LEGAL REGULATIONS ON SANCTIONING ADMINISTRATIVE VIOLATIONS IN E-COMMERCE ACTIVITIES

Abstract

E-commerce is an increasingly popular form of business in Vietnam. Besides the explosive development of e-commerce, administrative violations in this field are increasing as well. Sanctioning of administrative violations is one of the optimal solutions to fight against administrative violations in e-commerce activities. This article aims to analyze shortcomings of legal regulations on sanctioning administrative violations in e-commerce activities and propose some solutions for improvement.
