COMPLETION, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF TRAINING PROGRAMS IN QUALITY ASSURANCE LAW, COMPATIBILITY WITH CURRENT REGULATIONS

Abstract

The training program is an important legal basis for the implementation of training activities, testing, assessment and recognition of the results of the learners. Over the years, the Ministry of Education and Training has issued regulations on "standards" of training programs, input standards, output standards and other contents. With university training institutions in general and law training institutions in particular, they have actively developed mass training programs, high-quality training programs, exchanged program contents to be more relevant and diverse. The article focuses on researching some contents on perfecting, developing and implementing the law training program in accordance with the standard framework of ASEAN countries and Vietnam.
