ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE USAGE IN STATE MANAGEMENT IN VIETNAM

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence - AI has penetrated intensively into the public sector. AI provides potential benefits for administrative management, including the automation of workflow processes, faster information processing, improved public service quality or increased working efficiency. Due to these benefits, state agencies adopt AI in state management. However, the process of AI application in the public sector has revealed some challenges. By identifying opportunities and challenges arising from the use of artificial intelligence in the state management, this article initially proposes some recommendations for state holders in the process of enlargement the application of AI in administrative management.
