Abstract

Advertising on social networks is a popular trade promotion activity, capable of greatly influencing many subjects in society; especially in the context of the huge internet growth, the number of the number of users participating in social networks is continuously increasing. Sanctioning administrative violations in advertising activities on social networks are an effective tool to ensure the order of management activities in the field of advertising, thereby maintaining order and discipline in state management itself. However, the regulations on sanctioning administrative violations in advertising activities on social networks still have some limitations. This article analyzes the current regulations on sanctioning administrative violations in advertising activities on social networks, points out some shortcomings and proposes perfecting solutions.
