Abstract

With the increasing interaction between people and information technology, e-commerce activities are becoming more vibrant. In fact, businesses with eye- catching website interfaces are likely to leave a stronger impression on customers compared to their competitors. However, the protection of intellectual property rights for website interfaces under Vietnamese law currently has several gaps, leading to potential risks for businesses. After researching and analyzing the provisions of both international and Vietnamese laws regarding the protection of intellectual property rights for website interfaces, the author  offers  recommendations  on  this

matter.
