Abstract

Nowadays, there are many real estate sale and transfer contracts in Vietnam, and there are many disputes between different parties of real estate agreements. Because of the lack of many measures to ensure legal safety, many disputes have arisen. To minimize disputes, state agencies have introduced legal provisions to ensure the legitimacy of transactions as well as to build a basis for resolving disputes related to real estate benefits, in which the most notably regulations on notarization, on data blocking system, secured transaction registration and real estate transaction history. The article focuses on analyzing legal regulations on measures to ensure legal safety in real estate sale and transfer contracts and practical application, and gives some recommendations to improve legal safety in real estate sale and transfer contracts.
