Abstract

Several nations throughout the world have embraced digital notarization using a number of different methods. In Vietnam, notarization must undergo a digital transition since not only is it a legitimate public service, but many administrative activities are intimately tied to the outputs and outcomes of notarization. public services in general and others. In order to bring valuable analysis and reference for the implementation of digital notarization in Vietnam in the near future, the author chose three nations: the United States, Korea, and Mongolia, all of which have had outstanding success in the process of regulating and applying the law on digital notarization.
