Abstract

Issuing covered warrants is an activity of a securities company to create a complete covered warrant product in reality and put it into trade on the stock market. This is a complex process with the participation of many different entities, requiring great accuracy and compliance with the law. Therefore, the procedure for issuing covered warrants is regulated in quite detail by law to limit errors, control issued products, and ensure safety for related entities. This article will system, analyze current legal regulations on procedures for issuing secured warrants in Vietnam, and propose some recommendations.
