Abstract

In order to ensure the effectiveness of the fight and prevention of administrative violations related to standard form contracts, general conditions of trade, administrative sanctions are considered an effective solution. In addition to applying sanctions to deter individuals and organizations from committing violations, the law also applies certain measures to overcome consequences caused by administrative violations. This article analyzes remedial measures in sanctioning administrative violations for violations related to standard form contracts, general conditions of trade, highlights some shortcomings, limitations, and proposes recommendations for improvement
