Abstract

This article presents the legal regulations concerning real estate business contracts as stipulated in the 2023 Real Estate Business Law of Vietnam, encompassing specific provisions regarding the subjects, forms, and content of the contract, along with its effective time. Furthermore, the article identifies shortcomings encountered in the practical application of these regulations to real estate transactions. Subsequently, the article proposes solutions aimed at perfecting the legislation pertaining to the research topic.
