PROPOSING SOLUTIONS TO PROPAGATE THE LAW ON SCHOOL DRUG PREVENTION FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IN HUE CITY

Abstract

Schooling drugs are more and more rejuvenated and complicated in Vietnam including Thua Thien Hue province in general and Hue city in particular. To solve these situations, a number of government agencies have issued regulations and plans on legal dissemination and legal education. Although activities about the dissemination and education of law provisions on schooling drugs prevention in Hue city are also interested and organized, these actions still heavily theoretical and focus on characteristics, drawbacks of schooling drugs instead of an emphasis on the law.Therefore, the article discusses some theoretical issues about drugs, recent awareness of teenagers about schooling drugs in Hue city, and proposes effective legal solutions for schooling drugs prevention.
