Abstract

In the context of increasingly deepening international economic integration, collective marks have meaning in branding, enhancing competitiveness, contributing to the sustainable development of products, goods and services of Quang Ngai province on the market. However, at present, the collective marks that have been protected in Quang Ngai province have not been exploited effectively and commensurate with the value of the products, causing waste to the province's intellectual property. The article focuses on analyzing and evaluating the current situation and offering a number of solutions to effectively exploit the collective marks bearing geographical elements of Quang Ngai province at present.
