Abstract

The article delves into the analysis of regulations concerning the development planning of the solar power industry, as well as investment incentives and support under both the investment law and the law on environmental protection. Based on this analysis, the author provides comments and recommendations aimed at refining the legal framework to further encourage the development of solar power, in alignment with the objective of climate change adaptation.
