PRELIMINARY RESEARCH ON DEVELOPING TRAINING PLATFORM FOR SECONDARY AND HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS VIA E-LEARNING

Abstract

In 2020, the Ministry of Education and Training is going to implement the national educational reform nationwide. Teacher training is the current top priority of the country to meet the future teaching quality. The key problem is to design a comprehensive training program suitable for the current teachers’ competence and conditions, cost-effective and be able to involve as many as teachers as possible. In this article, based on the research results, it is recommended that E-learning platform should be applied in designing such a program. By this, teachers can learn at any time they are available, and this program can solve the current issues: time and space constraints.
