About how to ensure the rights of enjoying cultural values in Vietnam today: Reality and Solution
Abstract
Constitution of the Social Republic of Vietnam 2013 was approved by National Congress in November 28th 2013 and was valid from January 1st 2014. The Constitution has first mentioned to the rights of enjoying cultural values at the Article no.40 which could be considered as a vivid achivement towards the rights of enjoying cultural values in the international integration and development of Vietnam today. The practice, however, showed us many limitations and challenges in the protection and implementation of enjoying these rights. The article is an additional expalnation to clarify the basic contents and the reality, especially challenges of enjoying the cultural values. The writings also provide some solutions as a way to improve the ensurement and efficiently implement these rights in Vietnam in current circumstance.

- Tác giả được phép và được khuyến khích đưa bài viết của mình lên mạng (v.d., trong các kho dữ liệu cơ quan hoặc website của tác giả) trước và trong quá trình nộp bài viết vì nó có thể đưa lại những trao đổi hiệu quả cũng như giúp tác phẩm có nhiều địa chỉ trích dẫn hơn (Xem Hiệu lực của Truy cập Tự do).
