Law-governed state in Vietnam
Abstract
11th National congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam has reaffirmed their determination to continue building socialist law-governed state of the people, by the people and for the people; operate on the basis of a law with the legal institutions of democracy, ensure human rights, civil rights and the comprehensive development of Vietnamese people. The Communist Party and State of Vietnam are growing their awareness of the requirements of building the law-governed state based Marxism-Leninism and Hồ Chí Minh’s ideology. Adherence to the rule of law in the process of developing and perfecting the socialist law-governed state continues to be reaffirmed in the 2013 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. This article will further clarify the requirements in new practice and in perfecting the State apparatus under socialist rule of law in Vietnam today.
