Impacts of the socialist-oriented market economy on the building of Vietnamese culture today
Abstract
The article highlighted positive and negative impacts of the socialist-oriented market economy on the building of Vietnamese culture from different front-sides, such as: production, distribution, exchange; value; investment in culture and cultural value. Having analyzed these impacts, the article underpinned some measures to constrain negative impacts of the market mechanism. Accordingly,
- It is necessary to keep in mind that culture is the goal, momentum of national development, construction and defense of the Socialist Homeland.
- It is recommendable to dedicate all efforts to addressing the two fundamental issues dialectically interacted, which are the preservation, succession and development of national cultural identities and the promotion of national culture, national synergy in the integration and development process.
