Quality of manpower in Vietnam in “The 2010 Vietnam competitiveness report”
Abstract
The 2010 Vietnam competitiveness report, is an independent study carried on by the best international and national experts, including Prof. Michael Porter, President of International Advisory council (IAC) – one of the founders of modern competitive theory which is verified in the world, published at first time. On 30/11/2010, in Hà Nội, this Report published by Prof. Michael Porter. Remarkable point of the Report is that it reckons up socio-economic development recommendation, solution from separated reports, provides priorities of solution in time order for each issue.
In this article, the author evaluate the situation of Vietnam manpower through The 2010 Vietnam competitiveness report and present some recommendations to improve quality of Vietnam manpower.
