Vietnam.
Traditional
culture
is

the

a
nation
but
also
the
spiritual
foundation
that
helps
shape
the
character,
ethics,

and
lifestyle
of
each
individual.
Particularly
for
the
younger
generation
‑
the
ones
who
will
inherit
and

develop
the
country
in
the
future
‑traditional
cultural
education
plays
a
crucial
role
in
fostering
patriotism,

and
the
awareness
to
protect
and
promote
national
cultural
values.
However,
how
to
effectively
integrate
and

implement
traditional
cultural
education
in
educational
environments,
especially
at
universities
and
colleges,

remains
a
significant
challenge.
Legal
frameworks
play
a
pivotal
role,
serving
as
the
foundation
for
these

educational
activities.
Legal
regulations,
policies,
and
guidelines
from
authorities
not
only
facilitate
the

implementation
of
traditional
cultural
education
programs
but
also
ensure
synchronization,
quality,
and

effectiveness.
Therefore,
the
research
on
the
legal
basis
of
traditional
cultural
education
for
students
not
only

clarifies
the
current
legal
framework
but
also
provides
recommendations
and
solutions
to
enhance
the

effectiveness
of
traditional
cultural
education,
contributing
to
preserving
and
promoting
the
good
