BUILDING A CULTURAL BEHAVIOR AT PROVINCIAL‑LEVEL ADMINISTRATIVE UNIT
Abstract
Provinciallevel administrative unit is the focal unit to manage, receive and handle the administrative proceduresolving tasks of the local departments, branches and units. Therefore, cultural behavior plays an important and necessary role in building a civilized and modern public administration that operates effectively and efficiently today's administrative reform and socioeconomic development. Consequently, it is necessary to build a cultural behavior at public administrative unit to innovate administrative procedure reform in order to make faster and more breakthrough progress in administrative reform in the coming time. cultural behavior at the provinciallevel administrative unit, thereby proposing some solutions to build a cultural behavior at the provinciallevel administrative unit in the near future.
