Abstract

In the modern urban aesthetic life during early decades of the 21st century, the public art movement is an interesting art phenomenon because its appearance is not entirely new but it still creates a degree of social impacts. This article refers to two public art projects carried out on Phung Hung Street and Phuc Tan area, both are of Hoan Kiem district. In the context of a familiar lackluster and unattractive urban aesthetic, the appearance of public art projects has attracted the attention of the people, and at the same time recieved positive public respond created afirmative social effects.
