Good singing of this genre will be the basis for students to sing other genres more conveniently and easily. In order for arias to be highly effective in teaching and learning, in addition to vocal techniques, both lecturers and students need to invest in and learn about: content of works and drama situations; Character expression through arias; Music characteristics (form - structure, tone, melody, ...) When students have a firm grasp of these contents, students will be more active and confident in expressing their work.
