POLICY ISSUES FOR ARTISANS IN BAC NINH PROVINCE CURRENTLY

Abstract

September 30, 2009, at the 4th session of the Intergovernmental Committee under the 2003 Convention, UNESCO voted to recognize the Bac Ninh folk songs as the representative intangible cultural heritage of humanity. In order for their Quan Ho folk heritage to spread in life, Bac Ninh province has issued many mechanisms and policies to thank artisans for preserving and promoting the value of national cultural and cultural heritages.
