THE “HEARTINESS” WITH THE THANH TRI TRADITIONAL VILLAGE FRESH RICE-PAPER ROLLS

Abstract

Bánh cuốn (fresh rice-paper rolls) is one of the most popular cuisines of Vietnamese for centuries. Throughout the national history, the cuisine has always been closely connected with Vietnamese culture in many northern villages. In many traditional villages that exist today, Thanh Tri fresh rice-paper rolls in Hanoi has become a popular brand among consumers and culinary experts. In the current urbanization whirlwind, many culinary cultural products of villages along Hanoi have completely disappeared. So how do the Thanh Tri fresh rice-paper rolls preserve its quality? This article is the author's dedication to the traditional craft of the ancient Hoang Mai land along with the desire to have effective and positive measures to preserve the values of the traditional Thanh Tri fresh rice-paper rolls.
