SOME SOLUTIONS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF BUILDING LIVING CULTURAL LIFE ON THE AREA OF THANH HA DISTRICT, HAI DUONG PROVINCE

Abstract

Thanh Ha district is one of twelve districts and cities of Hai Duong province, with a long history of cultural tradition. In the period of renovation, integration and development of the country, Thanh Ha district is striving and trying to develop local economy and society in the direction of industrialization and modernization. The campaign “All people unite tobuild a cultural life at the grassroots level” has a strong impact on all aspects of social life. However, besides the achieved results, there are still some outdated customs in some villages in Thanh Ha district such as funerals, expensive prayers…which greatly affect the beauty of the villages, causing insecurity order. Therefore, from the perspective of cultural management, the construction or cultural life in Thanh Ha district is posing problems to grasp and propose solutions to contribute to improving the quality of life construction base cutural life in the Thanh Ha district.
