Abstract
This article presents the results of the own author's research using two main research methods꞉ survey and experiment. It investigated the situation of learning English speaking skill of students at NUAE in order to find out difficulties that students face when learning this skill as well as students' perception of using movie clips to dub in language learning. Based on the results of experimental application of foreign movie dubbing activities in the classroom and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of this activity, some suggestions are given to improve the learning quality when applying this activity for students studying English 1 at NUAE.
