under
the
Ministry
of
Culture,
Sports
and
 Tourism.
This
article
studies
the
management
of
 performing
arts
activities
at
the
Vietnam
Cai
Luong
 Theater
by
management
entities.
By
observing
and
 accessing
the
system
of
state
management
documents,
 the
author
has
synthesized
a
number
of
issues
in
the
 coordination
mechanism
between
these
subjects
to
serve
 as
a
basis
for
proposing
better
management
measures
in
 the
future
next
time.
