Ho Chi Minh’s creativity and innovations applying “new economic policy” (NEP) by V.I.Lenin to Vietnam’s reality

Abstract

During his lifetime, Ho Chi Minh used the dialectical materialism approach to flexibly and creatively apply the theory of Marxian economics to the Vietnamese revolutionary reality. V.I. Lenin’s New Economic Policy (abbreviated as NEP) was an creative application of Marxian economics theory to the real socialism in the Soviet Union. Witnessing the achievements of the NEP is a valuable “opportunity” for Nguyen Ai Quoc - Ho Chi Minh to learn and form basic and creative views on economics. In the article, the author neither presents nor explains Ho Chi Minh’s economic ideology based on NEP. Instead, the article focuses on analyzing Ho Chi Minh’s outstanding creativity and innovations in applying the NEP to the conditions of the Vietnamese revolution.
