New requirements for Vietnam in the era of national rise and orientations, viewpoints, solutions

Abstract

The article addresses the requirements for Vietnam in the new era in order to realize
the goal of becoming a modern, high-income industrial country by 2045. On the basis
of clarifying the connotation and the requirements of the new era, the era of national
development, the article proposes five important solutions to fulfilling these requirements:
boosting the will and aspirations of the entire Vietnamese people; developing highquality human resources; promoting the role of Vietnamese entrepreneurs; learning from
international experience.
