Assessing the current situation of social policy credit capital resources from local budget for lending to the poor and other policy beneficiaries in Dong Nai Province

Abstract

Social policy credit for the poor and policy beneficiaries to borrow has always been of great importance to the Party and State of Vietnam in recent times. In Dong Nai, the capital from the state budget to the Provincial Social Policy Bank has increased in recent years, demonstrating the province's concern for the poor and policy beneficiaries. The increase in social policy credit capital has significantly improved the borrowing needs of borrowers according to the provisions of law. This capital source has also contributed significantly to improving the socio-economic efficiency of the province. Many groups of customers in difficult circumstances are supported with capital to improve their lives, such as poor people, ethnic minority groups, cooperative groups, student groups, etc. It can be said that increasing and concentrating social policy credit capital resources from the state budget to the Social Policy Bank in general and Dong Nai province in particular is the right policy and proper decision of the Party and State of Vietnam, contributing to the effective implementation of the socialist-oriented market economy development set forth by the Communist Party of Vietnam.
