Abstract

This research identifies and proposes
measures to enhance the quality of training
for students majoring in Physical Education at
Thanh Hoa University of Culture, Sports and
Tourism, in alignment with the requirements of
the current General Education Program. The
proposed measures encompass: updating and
refining the curriculum, innovating pedagogical
methods, enhancing faculty qualifications,
strengthening practicum activities and practical
engagement, alongside organizing sports
events and extracurricular activities. These
interventions are designed not only to foster
students’ comprehensive professional development
but also to cultivate their pedagogical skills and
proficiency in sports event management, thus
addressing the imperative to elevate the quality
of physical education within the school system.
