Abstract

 Based on theory and practice, using conventional research methods in the field of physical education
and sports, the study evaluates solutions to improve the effectiveness of physical education for primary school
students in some districts of Hanoi city through the level of physical development. The results show that the
solutions selected and applied in practice by the thesis have brought about clear results in the development of
both morphology, body function and physical level for the research subjects in both male and female students,
from grade 1 to 4.
