Abstract

The identification of endurance
assessing tests for female Sanda athletes aged 15-16
at Thai Nguyen High School for the Gifted in Physical
raining and Sports in the intensive training period is
necessary for coaches to check, evaluate, and adjust the
training process. The research has selected tests with
sufficient scientific basis, ensuring the reliability and
validity that can be applied in testing and evaluating
endurance of female Sanda athletes aged 15-16 at the
Thai Nguyen High School for the Gifted in Physical
raining and Sports in the intensive training period.
