Abstract

 Using conventional scientific
research methods, 08 solutions have been
selected to develop ethnic sports for students
of northern mountain colleges and universities
and for students of Thai Nguyen College of
Education. The application of the selected
solutions in practice has shown that these
solutions were highly effective in improving the
physical fitness of the research subjects
