Abstract
using conventional scientific
research methods, we have selected 22
exercises belonging to 3 groups: exercises with
the ball, exercises without the ball and exercises
for competition games. The initial application
of selected exercises in practice and effective
evaluation showed that the selected exercises
were highly effective in developing strength
and speed for male students of the Basketball
team, Hong Duc University.
